Handling Stress

I’ve realized that a really good thing to do when I’m stressed is to breathe it out. Not only does it help calm down the body, but it also slows my mind. Deep breathing for five minutes by myself always helps me. Another thing I do is journal. I like writing down all my feelings so that I can get them out on paper and not really have to stress over them anymore. As far as places I like to go when I’m stressed, I would say of course my room. A bedroom should be a safe space where everything is okay considering it is where I lay my head at night to sleep and trust that nothing is going to happen to me. Another place is literally anywhere. I pop some headphone’s in and I’m ready to start relaxing and stop stressing. As long as you have a killer playlist, I think you pretty much have everything you need.
